Most people experience severe fatigue on several occasions without knowing the cause of it. Most fatigue that happens to people could be a result of common stress.
However, fatigues are not always caused by stress but could have other contributing factors to it.
Here are other causes of fatigue:
1. Insufficient sleep
Lack of sleep can be a major factor in fatigue and have a negative impact on a person. The ideal time frame for a person to sleep is 7-8 hours, anything less than that could deter your health and cause headaches.
2. Feeding Habits
What you eat or do not eat could be a cause of fatigue. If you eat a food that causes a spike in your blood sugar, as soon as your sugar drops, you’re likely to feel fatigued. Instead, go for a balanced diet, fruits, and vegetables.
Depression can lead to anxiety, insomnia, aches, and pain. All these can get you easily fatigued all the time.
Water is the best way to keep you hydrated. It is free of sugar, calories, and caffeine. It is recommended that a person takes up to 8 glasses of water daily or even more depending on human activity or the environment.
5. Food Allergies
Some foods may contain ingredients that will cause reactions that may lead to fatigue. If you always feel sleepy or tired after taking certain kinds of food, then you may need to eliminate it from your diet.
