3. Depression
Depression can lead to anxiety, insomnia, aches, and pain. All these can get you easily fatigued all the time.
4. Dehydration
Water is the best way to keep you hydrated. It is free of sugar, calories, and caffeine. It is recommended that a person takes up to 8 glasses of water daily or even more depending on human activity or the environment.
5. Food Allergies
Some foods may contain ingredients that will cause reactions that may lead to fatigue. If you always feel sleepy or tired after taking certain kinds of food, then you may need to eliminate it from your diet.
