Nigeria’s Super Eagles have been rated as the 19th most valuable national team in the world, according to the latest ranking by Transfermarket.
The three-time African champions also emerged asthe second most valuable team on the continent of Africa with a valuation in the region of €216.65 million.
Gernot Rohr’s men are just behind fellow West African nation, Senegal with a monetary valuation of €319.78m.

The ranking is based on the overall estimate for which the individual players in a team could be sold in the market.
Meanwhile, the English national football team are currently the most valuable in the world with an estimated value of €1.12 billion. France and Brazil came second and third respectively.
