Results website LiveScore.com has reportedly secured live streaming rights of Italian Serie A games.
To cut the long story short, all the remaining 2019/20 Serie A games can now be viewed on LiveScore. It will also show a number of games from Portugal’s Primeira Liga.
LiveScore marketing director Ric Leask revealed that the streaming would be done without any charge.
He said in his statement:
“We’re excited to celebrate the return of football by providing live free-to-air streaming on LiveScore for the very first time. This is a hugely important step for LiveScore, as we continue to innovate and offer our audience the most immersive sports coverage possible.”
The games will be available to watch on existing LiveScore’s iOS and Android app.

Managers of the website are also making plans to include other Leagues in due time.
Meanwhile, fans in Ireland and the UK, have only previously been able to view Serie A games this season on subscription channel Premier Sports, which remains the exclusive TV rights holder in those countries.
