English Premier League giants Manchester City, has officially announced that they have signed Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund.
They made this known in a statement released via the club’s official website and social media handles. The statement reads:
“Manchester City can confirm that we have reached an agreement in principle with Borussia Dortmund for the transfer of striker Erling Haaland to the Club on 1st July 2022.
The transfer remains subject to the Club finalising terms with the player.”

The club agreed to sign the 21-year-old deadly forward from Borussia Dortmund for a fee reportedly worth €60m (£51.1m). Haaland will join his new teammates after the end of the season.
