A Nigerian lecturer has taken to social media to denounce the recent appointments of the BBNaija stars into political offices.
This comes after the Bayelsa state governor, Duoye Diri, on Friday, November 6, appointed BBNaija stars, Nengi, and TrikyTee as his Senior Special Assistants.
A Nigerian lecturer identified as Dipo Awojide, reacting to this, took to social media to condemn it.
According to him, such appointments show that Nigeria as a country still has a long way to go after questioning the qualification and competence of the appointed reality stars.
Adding that the government can’t pay salaries, but they are spending public money like a drug dealer.
