A Nigerian man named Awójídé Dipo, has threatened to take legal actions against American Media outlet CNN, for using his photo as the face of unemployment in one of their articles.

CNN recently wrote a business article of how nearly 4 million Americans have been out of work for the past six months. Coincidentally, the picture they used as thumbnail for the article was that of Mr. Dipo.

The man took to social media to express his annoyance over the fact that CNN used his photo without authorization, even though he is fully employed.

He wrote on Twitter:

“I am not even unemployed for heaven’s sake. I’ve got a full time job and a business. How did I become the face of unemployment on CNN? I need a lawyer!”
