This is not the first time the Starboy is speaking up against the police brutality in Nigeria.
Last week Wizkid was all over every news media across the country after he called the president an old man in response to President Muhammadu Buhari’s goodwill message to hospitalized U.S. President Donald Trump.
Recall that the Nigerian President sent a message to Trump wishing him and his wife Melania a full recovery from Coronavirus.
“I wish US President, Donald Trump and his wife, Melania, quick and full recovery from Covid-19,” Buhari wrote on Twitter.
While reacting to that post, the 30-year-old singer reminded the president that there are other important businesses to take care of (like Sars killing Nigerian youth on a daily basis), instead of focusing on a foreign matter.
He wrote: “Donald trump is not your business!
“Old man! Police/Sarz still killing Nigerian youth on a daily! Do something!
“Nothing concern u for America!
“Face your country !!”
