According to Energy Bank’s detailed statement on Twitter, his brother Kelvin left his marriage since 2018 before Maria came into his life. He alleged that his brother refused to take care of their family as a result of the spell his wife cast on him.
Energy Bank further stated that his brother’s wife made sure everyone related to her husband would never be around him or enjoy his wealth. Finally, he accused his brother’s wife, Maryann of cheating on her matrimonial home.
Without paying attention to facts, one could easily get convinced by the above statement from Kelvin’s brother. But as they say “there are two sides to every story.” Consider three reasons why his statement was illogical.
1. Kelvin was still married when he met Maria
Recent evidences from Kelvin’s acquaintances including Maria revealed that he was still married to his wife even after the year his brother claimed he left the marriage. Cubana Chief Priest recently posted a WhatsApp conversation between his sister and Maria which happened around May 2021.

Maria apologized to Maryann for having a hand is her marital problems. She however advised her to give Kelvin a chance because he loves her and their children. Aside from Maria, another lady named “Trap Selena” revealed on Instagram that Kelvin left his marriage just 7 months ago. This simply means that Energy Bank’s assertion that his brother dissolved his marriage in 2018 was illogical.
2. Kelvin never focused on his wife alone
Energy Bank also alleged that his brother abandoned them and focused on his wife alone as if he was under a spell. But how can a husband be focused on his wife alone when he allegedly cheats on his her repeatedly?
According to Trap Selena, Maryann used to go to several hotels in Owerri to fight her husband as he comes out with different girls. She asked her brother to call out Maria because she is a public figure. If that is the case, then it’s not logical to assume that Kelvin focused on his wife alone.
3. Was Kelvin’s wife cheating on him?
Kelvin’s brother accused Maryann of cheating on her husband in their matrimonial home. But how come he is the only one making such statements? Maria and Trap Selena did not accuse Maryann of doing such a thing to her husband.
If really Kelvin’s wife was cheating on him “since 1960,” how come the husband wants to be at peace with her? Most men wouldn’t want to live with a woman who does that to them in their matrimonial home.
