Let’s be honest, at the beginning of 2018, pretty much the whole world had royal wedding fever so much so that many websites were hosting their own Meghan Markle lookalike contests. That was where then 25-year-old student Lukwesa Morin stepped in.

The DC native entered a look-alike contest through dating website beautifulpeople.com. According to Lukwesa, strangers commented on her resemblance to Meghan at least once a week. She was even mistaken for Meghan while out shopping with a friend at the time.

Danielle Bourne: 

Danielle Bourne is a 41-year-old mother of one. After Meghan became a huge deal in the UK, Danielle ditched her admin job at a hair salon. At the time, she was making money being a Meghan Markle impersonator and has dreams to go even further.

She said if the royal family ever needs to give the media a slip, she’s the girl the call to play Meghan. While we don’t think her phone will be ringing for her dream job anytime soon, she should definitely be considered if the opportunity ever arises.
