When your job description is changed to a higher one or more workload is added to your original work, you should expect an increase in payment.

 

• Similar positions at your company pay more

When you get to realize that similar positions in your company pay more, it may be a sign that you’re not getting the right payment. Even though the job description may differ slightly, your pay should not be far from the pay similar positions receive.

 

•  You haven’t had a performance Review

If for a while, you haven’t had a performance review with your company, then you may have been receiving a payment Lowe than your value because a performance review will go through your past activities as torchlight where you have done so well and may trigger a promotion and increase in salary on your side.

 

• Company is making more money while your salary remains the same

If your company’s income Increases, your pay should increase too because everyone is putting in their best to ensure that the company is in good shape. If your salary has remained stagnant even when the company is making more money, then there is a possibility that you are not getting the pay that you are supposed to.

 

• Everyone seems to be getting a bonus but you are not

When you hear colleagues in the office discuss bonuses or salary increments when you haven’t received yours may be a sign of underpayment. If this goes on for a while, you may need to visit your boss to know why.
