1. Your kids have no time to play
Children will always be children, and they will surely require time to play. But when you make it difficult for your children to play whether in your presence or absence, then you are being told strictly to them.

Most parents think that this is the best way to keep their children from bad friends. Meanwhile, it’s not. Making your children keep their friends away is even more dangerous because they can keep bad friends outside the home without your knowledge.
3. You make too many rules
Too many rules make people uncomfortable. You make them seem like they are caged. Your home should have rules, but not so many rules that can make your children scared of returning home.

4. You have little patience for silliness
If you have children, they expect some act of silliness at different times. That is an act you cannot remove from them. When you are too strict, you may find yourself berating them all the time.
5. You are always giving commands
Your children will find you difficult if you are always giving commands. Learn to speak politely. This way, they will learn faster, and learn speaking etiquettes too.
