Some top officials of Uganda have caused people to react on social media after a video of their meeting with the President surfaced online.
In the video currently trending on Twitter, the vice-president, prime minister and his deputy, finance minister and other important dignitaries of the country were spotted sleeping during an important meeting with their president.
According to the commentator, the President would have joined his sleeping cabinet members if he wasn’t the one delivering the speech.

This has led some of their people to wonder whether the decision of these top officials to sleep in such an important meeting does not affect their implementation in the growth of the nation.
