Udanda’s vice-president, prime minister & other top officials spotted sleeping during an important meeting with the President (Video)

Some top officials of Uganda have caused people to react on social media after a video of their meeting with the President surfaced online.

In the video currently trending on Twitter, the vice-president, prime minister and his deputy, finance minister and other important dignitaries of the country were spotted sleeping during an important meeting with their president.

According to the commentator, the President would have joined his sleeping cabinet members if he wasn’t the one delivering the speech.
