New York Post reported that the Russian soldier showed no emotions as he “fully” admitted his crime.
Vadim appeared at a district court in Kyiv.
Prosecutors stated that Vadim was ordered to shoot the civilian to prevent him from telling Ukraine defenders about the Russians’ location.
Ukraine officials alleged that the shooting was captured on video by the Country’s State Security Service.
