Netflix has decided to disconnect Russian residents from being able to use the Netflix platform beginning from Monday, March 7, 2022.
Amidst the heat of the war, Netflix has decided to join other technology companies to cut off their services in Russia. This is in solidarity with international concern over the fight in Ukraine.
Following the effect of this ban, people in Russia will no longer be able to sign up for a new subscription starting from Monday and active users will lose access to their account after the end of their current billing cycle.
