Netizens have been left in awe after the news of Usifo Ataga’s alleged killer, Chidinma was crowned “Miss Cell.”
The news and photos of the prison inmates made waves recently as they were all seen dressed in beautiful jeans and T-shirts paired with white canvas.
Their activities were said to be a part of the commemoration of International Women’s Day.
A lot of Nigerians had their opinions on the act, while some saw it as an avenue for those in prison to have fun too, Nigerian activist, Reno Omokri saw it as an unacceptable act.
For him, “Prison is a place of Punishment and Rehabilitation. Once it becomes a place of fun, then the whole process is lost.
Reno asked how the family of Late Usifo Ataga will feel to see Chidinma prancing as a beauty queen I’m prison.
He also asked that the media should stop calling her “alleged” the reason being that she has already confessed to had killed Usifo Ataga on camera.
For him, the question should be the circumstances behind her act.
