She was born on 19 July 1971 at Cross River state, Nigeria. She is the first out of her parents four children.
For her primary school education, she attended St. Mary primary school; Federal Government Girls’ college, Calabar for her secondary education and studied medical microbiology at School of medical lab science afterwards moved to Lagos state university Teaching Hospital.
She was married to Roderick James Nuttal in 1999 but got divorced 12 years later and has a daughter from the union.
Kate Henshaw commenced her acting career in 1993 with her debut movie, When the Sun sets where she took the lead role and since then has been making waves in the industry.
Kate Henshaw is a gym lover, fitness enthusiast, dance lover, social advocate and brand ambassador.
She works out everyday to keep fit and Even when in set, make out time to workout.
