The ex-international played the full-duration in this exciting encounter and secured the trophy against all odds.
Spartak Moscow came into this final as underdogs after only they managed to finish 10th in the Russian league with their opponent, Dynamo Moscow, clinching third just behind Zenit and PFC Sochi.
Sobolev broke the deadlock in favour of Spartak Moscow just 10 minutes into the game. However, a smart finish from Zarkhayan in another 10 minutes into the second half levelled the game.
It was in the 72nd minute that Victor Moses sealed the victory for Spartak Moscow.
This is the first trophy for the 2013 AFCON winner in Russia.
