Tinubu’s Campaign Director resigns weeks to presidential election
APC Presidential Candidate, Tinubu, loses support of his Campaign Director as she resigns weeks to election
Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Campaign Director, Naja’atu Muhammad has resigned.
Naja’atu resigned because she observed that the party platforms have no ideological differences and are “robes that politicians wear to serve their personal needs and interests.”
She explained that Nigeria’s challenges require her to continue championing the struggle for a better country with a clear conscience, so she can no longer continue as a campaign director for the APC Presidential Candidate.
Before resignation, Naja’atu was the Director of Civil Society in the Presidential Campaign Council of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), and was appointed as Commissioner at the Police Service Commission by President Buhari.
She further advised Nigerians to be aware of the consequences of their decisions and their choices in the 2023 elections.
