As a man, you don’t and shouldn’t touch a woman in the gym, especially by the waist, unless you are her trainer.
5. Laughing At Her
Even if she isn’t getting the exercise right, you don’t have to laugh at her. Just focus on the reason why you came to the gym, and let the woman be.
