Some foods might appear to be nutritious, but may not necessarily be good for your fertility.

Here is a list of everyday foods that you need to avoid so as to increase your rate of fertility:

Studies have shown that women with high pesticides exposure are 26% less likely to get pregnant than those with less pesticide exposure.

 

4. Trans fats 

Avoid trans fats if you want to increase your fertility rate as trans fats can damage blood vessels that carry vital nutrients to your reproductive organs.

 

5. Simple Carbs 

Instead of taking simple carbs, you can replace it with slow-burning or complex carbs like quinoa and whole wheat flour.
