Amidst the ongoing protests by Nigerians across the country who are calling for a total reform of the Nigerian police force, the Nigerian youths have launched an online radio station with the name “Soro Soke”.
Soro Soke, a Yoruba sentence which when translated means “Speak Up” had become the popular slogan of the #EndSARS campaign after Lagos State protesters urged their Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu to “Soro Soke” (speak up) while addressing them.
The online radio channel, through timely and effective communication is expected to facilitate the coordination of #EndSARS protest across the country.
When tuned into the online radio channel this afternoon, songs calling on a reformed Nigeria were heard.
