Super Eagles and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has taken to social media to express gratitude to his countrymen for giving something he would cherish for the rest of his life. What could that be? Simply put it as good memories.
We all know that Victor was born and bred in Lagos state, he started kicking football as a child in the streets of Lagos. His family lives in Lagos and majority of his childhood friends are Lagosians.
The 22-year-old striker has no doubt traveled across many places in the world, but his expression shows he hasn’t in any way forgotten his roots.

Victor Osimhen was more than excited to wear the Super Eagles jersey and play in front of his family and friends at the Teslim Balogun stadium Lagos, where it all started.
He thanked Nigeria for making that happen.
“Been able to play in front of my whole family and friends in a city that I LOVE so much is something I will cherish for the rest of my life 💯 thank you NIGERIA big shoutout to all LAGOSIANS (EKO o NI BAJE),” Osimhen wrote on Instagram.
