Super Eagles striker Kelechi Iheanacho has taken to social media to pay homage to his teammate and countrymen Wilfred Ndidi after his goal was chosen as Leicester City’s goal of the month.
Iheanacho’s wonderful first-time volley in Leicester City’s 1-1 draw away at Burnley was voted the club’s goal of the month of March.

The 24-year-old Nigerian received a long ball from his countryman and friend Wilfred Ndidi and volleyed it into the goal post.
He gave thanks to Wilfred for the pass, in one of his recent tweets, after winning the goal of the month award. “What a pass @Ndidi25 wilf call me,” Iheanacho wrote.

Kelechi Iheanacho’s superb performances for the month of March earned him several accolades. This latest award comes after he was named the Premier League’s player for the month of March.
