Former Super Eagles Captain Vincent Enyeama has hailed Sebastian Osigwe following his spectacular debut display for Swiss side Lugano.
The 26-year-old penned a three-year deal with Lugano this summer after leaving SC Kriens. He made his debut during the 2-1 win over Luzern at the weekend and shared a video of the game via his social media platform.
Enyeama responded to the video Sebastian posted, showing where he pulled off a fantastic save reminiscent of the one the former Lille goalkeeper made during his World Cup debut against England in 2002 and 2010 against Lionel Messi.
“I like the save,” Enyeama wrote and Sebastien replied: “Thanks idol! Copied from you against Messi at the World Cup.”
The Super Eagles prospect helped Kriens to promotion twice in his 143 appearances for the club and kept 43 clean sheets before parting company with the team on mutual consent after six successful years.
