The list is mostly dominated by strikers that have been very impressive in for their various clubs this season.
Although the 13 invited strikers earned their call up as a result of their club form and individual abilities, but five of them (Kelechi Iheanacho, Victor Osimhen, Simy Nwankwo, Paul Onuachu and Terem Moffi) have been very spectacular.
They have now scored a combined 100 club goals this season, a first of it’s kind in the history of the Nigerian national football.

Kelechi Iheanacho, the “Man of The Moment” in the English Premier League has scored 19 goals in 38 games for Leicester City. Victor Osimhen scored 10 in 28 games for Napoli despite being limited by injuries.
Paul Onuachu turned himself into a goal machine in Belgium by scoring 35 goals in 40 games for K.R.C Genk. Simy was one of the shinning light in already relegated Italian Serie A team Crotone. The 29-year-old towering striker struck 20 times in 38 games, while new boy Terem Moffi managed 16 goals in 35 games for Lorient.
With the right management, these fearsome strike force wreck havoc in against any opponent.
