Nigerian popular and award-winning musician, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido is now part of a group of musicians who have put together the 2022 World Cup Official soundtrack, holding in Qatar.
As it has always been, every edition of the world cup has its own unique soundtrack, so football lovers are looking forward to hearing this year’s showpiece.
Davido’s participation means that he is the first Nigerian artiste to actually feature in an official FIFA world cup final soundtrack. The talented and multiple award winning artiste took to Twitter to make the announcement. He tweeted,

“I’m honored to be featured on the Official @FIFAWorldCup 2022 Soundtrack ! See y’all later 2NITE ! This one is for Africa ! TULE!!!! WE RISE !”
The song titled, ‘Hayya Hayya’ (Better Together) also features other American singers like Trinidad Cardona and AISHA.
The final draw for the FIFA world cup is scheduled for today, April 1st 2022.
