Taraba State governor, Darius Ishaku, has ordered the commencement of a stop and search process by security agencies following the bomb explosions that happened in the State. The bomb explosions happened at Ardo Kola and Jalingo local government areas last week Tuesday and Friday respectively. He said the order will help put to check the ill activities of terrorists and their cohorts that have invaded the state.

Furthermore, Taraba State governor also issued a statement ordering the evacuation of shanties that were erected at unapproved places across the state capital. He also condemned the explosion that happened on Friday leaving not less than nine persons injured. This explosion happened at Nukkai axis of the state capital where it was said that an explosive device caused the confusion.
Speaking further, Taraba State governor assured his people that his administration will do their best and work hard to reveal the mystery behind the evil acts that are being perpetrated in the State. He then advised the residents of the state to be alert and report any suspicious person or movement to security agents for prompt action. He also advised the people to avoid crowded places, because according to him, crowded places are possible soft targets for these terrorists.
