Nigerian Labor party Presidential candidate, Peter Obi has exposed who the real looters of oil are.
Peter Obi in a gathering in Abuja revealed that it is only those in government that can steal oil because the need a ship to convey the stolen oil, and it is only those in government that have access to ships for carriage.
He went further to give shocking figures of Nigeria loses as a result of stolen oil.
