Reno Omokri proposes one-minute silence in honor of Dr. Chinelo who was shot in the Abuja-Kaduna train attack

Hours after tweeting for prayers, Dr. Chinelo Nwando has been confirmed dead by a statement from The National Medical Association of Nigeria (NMA).

The young doctor who was among the attacked passengers on the Abuja-Kaduna train on Monday could not make it alive, and since then has aroused sympathy from Nigerians.

Reno Omokri took to his Instagram account to propose that one minute of silence be observed in honor of the late Doctor.

He wrote;

May I propose that at exactly 6 pm Nigerian time, just before the Super Eagles V Black Stars of Ghana match, everyone in the Nigerian Instagram community observe one minute of silence where we do not post for a minute in honor of Dr. Chinelo. Please, let’s do this!

Before her death, Dr. Chinelo was a Dental Surgeon at St. Gerald’s Hospital, Kakuri.

Another Twitter user revealed that Dr. Chinelo had plans of leaving the country.
