The Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi has once again blamed the independent national electoral commission (INEC) for being responsible for the 133 million Nigerians living in Poverty.
According to him, it is the wish of INEC, not God, that 133 millions Nigerians should be in poverty.
He made the statement while appearing on Arise News Channels.
Peter Obi also said that even though he respect all prominent Nigerians, he will never agree with them because they only preach the problem of Nigeria.
