The 43-year-old rapper was well aware that his votes was leading him nowhere near the White House, hence he has decided to shift his focus to 2024, when he’ll get another opportunity to contest.

He made his intentions known in one of his recent tweets. Kanye posted a picture of himself in front of an electoral map and wrote on top: “WELP KANYE 2024.”
So far the billionaire rapper has received about 57,000 votes. According to the Associated Press, Kanye West appeared on the ballot in only 12 states. His best performance in the election was in Tennessee, where he won 10,188 votes.
The rest are: Colorado (6,000 votes); Vermont (1,200); Utah (4,053); Arkansas (3,979); Idaho (2,309); Iowa (3,179); Kentucky (6,259); Louisiana (4,837); Minnesota (6,796); Mississippi (3,009); and Oklahoma (5,587).
