APC Chieftain Dr. Garus Gololo has made allegations against President Tinubu regarding the removal of the fuel subsidy. In an interview, Gololo claims that the President is diverting the funds from the removed subsidy into his own pockets.
He also alleges that the President owns at least 17 oil wells in the Niger Delta and that his sons, Kunle and Wale Jr., manages Malta refineries on his behalf.

According to Gololo who spoke in vernacular, “Oando and Agip belongs to him now, and he pays himself the subsidy he removed, so fuel price will never be down, he also gave himself N15tr contract.”
