APC presidential candidate- Bola Ahmed Tinubu has given his reason for not showing up during Town Hall meetings.

Tinubu said this while speaking at Chatham House in London on Monday, 5 December 2022 where he spoke on the topic “Nigeria’s 2023 election: security and economic development and its foreign policy impartation ”

In response to a question on why he has not been present at the one-on-one session with other presidential candidates like Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, Tinubu said he rejected invitations to attend town hall meetings and debates because the organization wants to use him to make money.

“I see myself as a marketable individual, they want to use me to make money and I am saying no.” (See video).
