Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, Senate Minority Leader has won the Senatorial ticket of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) for Abia South Senatorial Constituency.
This is coming after the politician dumped PDP earlier in the week, pulling out from the Governorship race.

He was elected as APGA Senatorial flag bearer unopposed by delegated at Azikiwe Road, Aba.
Chief Lucky Erondu, The Returning Officer announced Abaribe’s emergence as the party’s flag bearer.
Abaribe’s win will leave him clashing with Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu and Hon. Blessing Nwagba from PDP and APC respectively, both for Abia South Constituency.
Abaribe promised not to disappoint his constituents and vowed to return Abịa State to APGA.
