The former Presidential Candidate Alhaji Bashir Tofa, had been laid to rest in his hometown Kano according to the Islamic rites.
He was buried between the graves of his parents at Hajj Camp cemetery in Kano metropolis.
Newsblenda had earlier today reported the death of Alhaji Bashir Tofa who is one of the leading candidates in the 1993 Presidential election.
