Peter Obi, Presidential Candidate of the Labor Party has finally sued the Independent National Electoral Commission, Senator Ahmed Bola Tinubu and the All Progressive Congress to court.
In a document stamped by the Presidential election petition court with the petition number- CA/PEC/02M,2023, the Petition is between Mr. Peter Gregory Obi of Labor Party and INEC, and Bola-Ahmed Tinubu.
Recall that Peter Obi has vowed to Contest the Presidential result in a Press Conference on March 2, 2023.
