The Niger Delta Militants has promised to drop every weapon in their position if the All Progressive Congress (APC) fields the Governor of the central bank of Nigeria (CBN) Godwin Emefiele in 2023.
The Niger Delta Avengers made the promise in a recently released video posted on social media and obtained by Newsblenda.
