The Plateau state government has followed suit with the Lagos State as they have imposed curfew in Jos south and Jos north local government.
Governor Simon Lalong described that he was left with no option but to impose the curfew after some hoodlums vandalized some properties which lead to the death of three persons.
In his own words: “Government is left with no choice than to impose a curfew to stop further loss of lives and properties.
“By this directive, all forms of protests are hereby banned in the two Local Governments Areas of Jos North and Jos South.”
