Elections credible, challenge results in court, INEC tells PDP, LP

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has described the 2023 general elections as credible.

The INEC chairman, however, called on aggrieved political parties that are unsatisfied with the results of the presidential election to approach the court.

In a statement signed by Rotimi Onyekanni, chief press secretary to the INEC chairman, the commission described the call for Yakubu’s resignation as “misplaced”.

INEC also said the allegation by Melaye that the INEC chairman allocated scores to parties was unfounded and irresponsible.
