People Killed, Cars Destroyed As Assassins Attack Sunday Igboho In His Residence On 1st Of July (Video)
Gunmen attacked the Soka Ibadan residence of Yoruba Nation Agitator, Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho in the early hours of today July 1.
According to the media aide of the agitator, Olayomi Koiki, two people died during the early morning attack.
Koiki however confirmed that it was the soldiers that carried out the attack at about 1am. Igboho was however not in his residence at the time of the attack.

It was also alleged that some persons in the house including a close ally of Igboho identified as ‘Lady K’, were whisked away.
“The situation now is very bad. Two Yoruba sons have been killed in the house of Chief Sunday Igboho. The two dead bodies have been taken away by the military. We do not know of the location where they were taken to,” the aide said in a Facebook Live.
“I can confirm that those who came are definitely Nigerian soldiers. There are more than 100 soldiers that came,” Koiki told punch.

He added, “The situation is very active as more security operatives in about seven Nigerian Army patrol vans have arrived.”
During the attack, Igboho’s G-wagon, Prado Jeep, some valuable properties including furniture, and windows were destroyed. Bullet holes were found in cars parked in the premises while bloodstains were seen at the premises.

The leader of the umbrella body of Yoruba self-determination groups, Ilana Omo Oodua, Emeritus Professor Banji Akintoye has however revealed the Sunday Igboho’s wife was among those who was kidnapped during the attack, According to Punch Newspaper.
