Federal Government has filed a 23- count charge against Peter Nwachukwu, the husband of the deceased Osinachi Nwachukwu who died after an alleged assault by her husband.
He was charged under sections 104 & 379 of the Administration of criminal justice Act, 2015 by the Attorney General of the Federation.
The case was filed at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on May 20 2022 by the Ministry of Justice.

Mr. Peter Nwachukwu was arrested after Late Osinachi’s colleagues and friends accused him of making her a victim of domestic violence that eventually lead to her death.
The 42-year-old musician died after spending days in an undisclosed hospital.
