The letter below has been circulating on WhatsApp since yesterday. The letter was allegedly written by some Fulanis threatening to cause mayhem in Delta State if the Governor refuses to lift the ban on open Grazing in the state.
I don’t know how true this letter is but it’s been heavily circulated on WhatsApp and most people are even posting it on their statuses.
