Nigerian Socialite, Cubana Chief Priest has advised fellow Nigerians to stay away from any issue that would involve the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). This is following the ongoing court case between the socialite and EFCC.
According to a report by The Nation Newspaper, an agreement has been reached between the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and Pascal Okechukwu, famously known as Cubana Chief Priest, to settle the naira abuse charge outside of the court system.
This development was revealed during the continuation of the legal proceedings on Thursday. Cubana Chief Priest, who appeared before Justice Kehinde Ogundare, stands accused of three counts associated with the misuse of the national currency during a social event.

Such conduct is deemed to contravene the provisions outlined in the Central Bank Act of 2007.
The out-of-court settlement was disclosed when the proceedings resumed on Thursday.
Cubana Chief Priest appeared before Justice Kehinde Ogundare, facing three counts related to abusing the national currency at a social gathering.
