The Lagos State government has ordered the reopening of Chrisland schools which was shut down after the sex tape saga.
Recall, that the school was closed after the incident that sparked so many reactions online, and many accused the school and parents of poor parenting.

Mrs. Folashade Adefisayo, the Commissioner of Education directed the reopening of the school from Monday following a released statement.
Her statement read; ” Lagos State Ministry of Education has directed that all Chrisland schools shut for alleged misconduct of some students in Dubai be reopened from Monday 25 April 2022.”
The reopening is to ensure that students are granted access to learning when the new term begins on Monday, 25 April. According to her, the school beast shut down to ensure an unhindered Investigation of the incident.
She also added that the Ministry of Education and other relevant agencies together with the Parents Teachers’ Association will be working on scheduled psychosocial support for the students, with an extensive assessment of schools procedure on trips.
There would also be a launch on reviewed guidelines/protocols governing private and public schools across that State within the next month.
Meanwhile, investigations are still ongoing on the people involved in the act.
