The beautiful lady was surprised to see a lineup of Houstonians filling their buckets of water from a spigot spot located in the city.

“This is not a third world country. This is Houston, Texas. I spotted a line of people filing up buckets of water from a spicket at Haden Park. Why? Millions either have no water or are under a Boil Water Advisory.”

The issue of water scarcity came up after the people living in the city were notified that their water was unsafe for drinking unless it was boiled. But due to power outages, many of the residents find it very difficult to even get water to boil.
