For the past few days American based Nigerian Professor Uju Anya has become a global topic of discussion after her tweet wishing late Queen Elizabeth II an ‘excruciating’ death went viral.
While she has received a lot of backlash from numerous people including Jeff Bezos, for her tweets, many, especially citizens of various African countries and the Irish have continued to sing her praises.
After voicing her concerns about losing some of her friends and colleagues over her comments about the Queen, Uju Anya also pointed out that tweets empowered the Irish to speak out against their British oppressors.
