Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) say the intended Sit-at-home for Thursday, May 26th has been canceled.
This is following the court case adjournment of its leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
IPOB spokesperson, Emma Powerful urged the people in Southeast to maintain restraint and “keep their eyes on the ball,” which is the freedom of Nnamdi Kanu.
In a statement by the lead Counsel, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, the reason for the adjournment was that Justice Binta Nyako is indisposed and unavailable.
Notwithstanding, Southerners have been urged to keep calm as they await June 28, which is the new fixed date.
