Some Ghanaian Wig Sellers Association have caused a stir on social media after they were seen forcing Nigerian wig brand to shut down.
The indigenous traders were said to be unhappy with the trade fair organized by a Nigerian owned hair brand, Priceless and for selling their hair at a cheaper rate.
One of the brand ambassadors of the hairline could be seen explaining to their customers the reason why they shouldn’t allow the indigenous traders to shut them down. The video also captured the moment when some women were clamouring to put Priceless out of business in their territory. Some even came with placard boldly written: “Go back to your country.”
