Edo Security operatives recovered some loaded riffles hidden in the bush by suspected armed robbers yesterday in Benin City.
One of the suspects who was led directly into the bush by the police, initially didn’t want to reveal the hidden guns until the security men threatened him.

Benin City, Edo state capital has recently witnessed a rapid increase in cases of violence and armed robbery.
Few days ago, the police paraded 18 persons who escaped from the two correctional centres in the city, 14 suspected armed robbers and 16 suspected cultists who were involved in the killings across the state capital.
